Stringent legal action would be taken against those found violating the ban. If someone is found administering Hepatitis-B vaccine FIR would be registered against the concerned institute.

The State Government has taken this step to stop the practice of unsafe vaccination of Hepatitis-B. Chief Medical Officer Pankaj Shukla said that Hepatitis-B vaccine should be given under proper medical supervision.
