Energy and Public Relations Minister Rajendra Shukla has said that the State Government is giving top priority to providing effective treatment and better medical facilities for patients. He said that medical facilities are being expanded in the State to ensure that patients get best facilities.
Shukla was inaugurating DR machine in the digital X-ray room and gynaecology department’s intensive care unit at Sanjay Gandhi GMH Hospital at Rewa on Monday.
Shukla said that good quality X-ray print can be taken quickly with DR Machine. It would help doctors to treat patients more efficiently. Besides, newborns and mothers will also get better medical facility.
The Minister assured hospital administration that public representatives will keep cooperating with the hospital for increasing facilities and development of the hospital. Shukla said that cent percent recruitment of paramedical staff and nurses will be made.
Mayor Mamta Gupta, MP Janardan Mishra and MlA Girish Gautam were present on the occasion.
Dean Dr PC Dwivedi said that digital X-ray machine and ICU have fulfilled major requirement of the hospital. Head of gynaecology department Dr Kalpana Yadav informed about progress of departmental activities.
