The Madhya Pradesh Public Relations (Jansampark) Department has joined Koo - an Indian micro-blogging platform. Using the handle @JansamparkMP, the Department will use this platform to provide real-time information to the citizens of the state in both Hindi and English. This sharing of information has become especially relevant because of the ongoing floods, the Covid-19 crisis and other state-related events that require large-scale outreach to citizens. With the enabling of the Jansampark Department’s Koo handle, citizens will now have easy access to information about schemes implemented by the Government inwards/ panchayats. The Jansampark Department aims to empower the citizens of Madhya Pradesh in keeping with Section 4(2) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
