The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis on Monday signed separate MoUs with the Food and Civil Supplies Department and the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR). Director General of the Institute R Parshuram signed the MoU with Principal Secretary Food and Civil Supplies Neelam Shami Rao for technical cooperation in relation to the Food Safety Act. Parshuram said that the institute will serve as resource centre for knowledge support.
Parshuram signed the MoU with Director NITTTR C Thangaraj for cooperation in the training of teachers. A cell will be established for research and knowledge-based support related to food, civil supplies and consumer protection schemes such as food security, supply chain management and consumer protection.
