The MP Nagar police have booked mother and son duo for availing loan using forged document of land in Bairagarh; accused work with finance company as tele-caller.
According to police the victim Bharti Ahuja deals in property along with her husband. The victim had a housing project in Bairagarh and accused duo applied for loan using forged document of the same project.
The victim’s husband Mohan Ahuja came to know from DSA in MP nagar where he had availed loan in the past that accused duo had applied for loan on a plot in the society.
In his complaint victim stated that Radhadevi Phoolwani and her son Naresh lives in a house in the society and the two applied for loan using forged document of a plot in the society which was already sold to another person a year ago.
Victim lodged complaint with the MP Nagar police regarding the fraud and based on complaint a case of fraud was registered by the police and search for the accused has been started.
The plot was in the name of Bharti which she sold a year ago and on the same plot accused applied for loan using forged document.
