Some of the young and talented artists of the city are unhappy with the grand auditions of Zee TV India's Best Cine Stars Ki Khoj. The auditions were held here on April 30, but the process mentioned by the company was not followed, it is alleged.
The artists of the city who went to appear for the auditions said they were not satisfied with the kind of management and the arrangements that were made at the venue, International Public School, Hoshangabad Road.
A young artist of the city who is recently shooting for the upcoming Bollywood movie Satra Ko Shaadi Hai did not appear for the audition as she came to know of the poor management . While talking to The Pioneer, Aparna shared, "I was really excited about these particular auditions and that is why I registered for it. Moreover I was informed that those who were registered will only appear for the auditions and it is only the secret auditions especially for the trained artists. But, a lot of mismanagement was seen at the venue. As many as 1000 youngsters appeared for the auditions there."
Elaborating further, "Frankly when I heard that the entry was closed after 11 am I was shocked and so I didn't go for the auditions."
Another artist, Rahul Tiwari, felt the auditions were not good as he was expecting them to be. Notably only 230 registrations were done but he did not know as to how 1000 people appeared there. "It was shocking. Besides, a lot of mismanagement was seen at the venue and no famous figure or any personality from Zee was seen taking the auditions. Frankly speaking management at Ticket To Bollywood was much better. I am really disappointed with these auditions," he added.
There were more trained artists who came down from Ratlam, Itarsi and Indore and they had similar complaints.
