Misrod police have nabbed miscreant involved in robbery of mobile phone, Rs 2000 cash and documents from 11 mill area on Sunday.
A mobile phone and cash robbed from Bangrasia haat bazar has been recovered, while person who robbed was also nabbed in the investigation.
Police said that during investigation information was received regarding accused at 11 mill area and was nabbed. The nabbed confessed robbery and which has been confirmed by Misrod police in which a mobile phone, cash and documents were robbed from Mohan Keer who was his way after visiting Haat bazar in the evening.
The police have registered a case under section 392 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
During the investigation, it was found that the accused used is involved in burglary and robbery. Acting on a tip off regarding a man trying to sell a mobile phone for very low price, the police reached the spot and searched for the accused and after he was found and nabbed he was not able to provide satisfactory answer regarding the mobile phone recovered and confessed crime.
Police have recovered Rs 1000 as the remaining was spent by accused.
Accused was sent under judicial academy after he was produced in the court.
