Unidentified miscreants break ATM of IDBI bank at Nipania Jaat village and escaped with Rs 7.5 lakh cash on Sunday night, DIG Bhopal police declared a cash reward of Rs 20000 for providing details of miscreants.
The footages of car used in the crime has been made viral over social media to establish identity of the accused. The miscreants committed the crime were not spotted in the CCTV footages and are under investigation.According to the police, ATM was found damaged and miscreants escaped with cash from the ATM. The miscreants used gas cutter to break the ATM which was targeted late in the night.
Police said that the CCTV footages would be help in the identification and nabbing the miscreants. The number of miscreants in the incident would be searched in the investigation. The investigation is on and nothing could be ascertained at the moment regarding the miscreants.
During the investigation police have found that gas cutter for used to make way to the cash in the ATM.In the initial investigation police have not found anything concrete which could help in the nabbing the miscreants as the locals and nearby residents have expressed ignorance over the breaking of ATM. The police have registered a case under sections 457 and 380 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
