Aishbagh police have nabbed three miscreants planning burglary and recovered torch, iron rods and sharp edged weapons from their possession at Abhiruchi Parisar in the night on Thursday.
Police said that acting on a tip off three miscreants were nabbed from Abiruchi parisar area and when they were quizzed they confessed that they were planning burglary.
The accused confessed that they have committed several burglaries in the past which would be investigated. After committing burglary they would escape the state capital which made it easier for them to evade arrest in the burglaries.
On the receipt of the information police team rushed to the spot and raided the spot where the three were planning. After spotting police the three tried to escape but were chased and nabbed by the police.
In the initial investigation the nabbed accused were identified as Jitendra, Amanullah and Shahrukh. The crime record of the four would be searched.
The accused confessed that they were planning to target a house in Abhiruchi Parisar colony and were nabbed before committing burglary. The accused told the police that they planned to target house of having good amount of valuables. After the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under section 401 of the IPC and section 25 of the Arms Act.
Police said that during the interrogation more crimes would be confessed by the nabbed accused. The accused use iron rods to break the locks to enter the house.
