nAyodhya Nagar police have booked miscreant who duped a senior accountant of a private bank to the tune of `15 lakh in the name of investment in share market and facilitating job at Ayodhya extension MIG housing scheme.
The accused, identified as Sheelkant Gond used to live as tenant at victim’s Vinita Oadh (44).Accused lodged complaint after victim refused to pay amount cheated.
In her complaint victim stated that she was acquainted with the accused as he was her tenant and offered to make her investment grow many fold times by investing in share market.The victim invested in the share market and after some time when she asked for return on the investment accused mislead and offered her that he could facilitated job in government and continued to collect money from her fraudulently.
During his stay Sheelkant was joined by his live-in partner Neha Hasiya and who helped in the fraud from victim.
Accused have provided bank cheques to the victim in case of any default from his side but the cheques were also of no use as accused lured her of returning money.
The police registered a case under section 420 of the IPC and started to search and tracked the accused. During the investigation police have not found details of the accused and have started further investigation.
