A minor girl who was abducted on November 20 was rescued by Gunga police late night on Saturday.
According to the police acting on a tip off victim was rescued from accused. She was held captive by the accused at his relative’s house.
Earlier on November 20 when the victim failed to return home after school in the Gu nga locality, family members started searching fro her but failed to find her and lodged a missing complaint with the Gunga police.
After three days of investigation the police received information about the whereabouts of the victim and police team was formed and rescued the victim.
