A minor girl of Pipraua village under Amayan police station district Bhind was kidnapped and allegedly gang-raped for 34 days. On the report of the victim the police registered the case of kidnapping and rape. The accused including three women are stated to be absconding.
According to the police, a 14 years old girl Sulekha (name changed) went to her neighbor Mahesh Balmik for charging her mobile. On this occasion Guddi Bai w/o Mahesh Balmik with his brother Avtar caught Sulekha and with the help of some chemical made her unconscious and took her Morena by Bolero. In Pakkipura of Jaura district Morena she was handed over to Kamlesh Kushawah who continued to rap her with Avtar for 34 days. On 4th July when Kamlesh Kushawah and Avatar were under the influence of liquor Sulekha somehow managed to escape. She reached Mehgaon from there she came to Gohad to her brother in law house. On Sunday shed lodged the report in Amayan police station.
The police registered the case of kidnapping and rap against Avatar Balmik and his sister Guddi Bai and Kamlesh Kushawah under section 363 and 376 of IPC. The accused are still absconding.
The police station Amayan in charges BS Bundela that the girl was kidnapped month before. On the basis of her statement a case was registered against two women and two persons who still absconding.
