Urban Development and Housing Minister Jaivardhan Singh held a discussion on Bhoj and Indore Metro Rail with Managing Director of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Mangu Singh. Mangu Singh shared his experiences of Delhi Metro during the meeting.
Minister Singh told Singh that he give the guidance to the team of Bhoj and Indore Metro Rail on the basis of his experiences of Delhi Metro, so that the project could be completed on time.
He said that Dr. Singh is expected to cooperate in making DPR for the next phase of the project.
Singh directed the officials to visit Delhi for the detail study regarding the Delhi Metro and complete the metro rail project within the time limit by keeping in constant contact with Singh.
DMRC Managing Director Mangu Singh gave information regarding time-bound process of Delhi Metro, organization setup, tender process etc.
He said that Delhi Metro team will extend total support in DPR and other works.
Singh observed the Bhoj and Indore Metro Rail project seriously and held a discussion with the officials on various points.
Principal Secretary Urban Development and Housing Sanjay Dubey, Additional Commissioner Swatantra Singh and other officers were present in the meeting.
