The former sarpanch of Simrole has built a gas cylinder godown on his agriculture land without the proper diversion order and development permission.SDM Mhow Shyamendra Jaiswal ordered the demolition of the gas godown of Indane gas agency which has the market value of Rs 60 lakh.SDM Mhow Shyamendra Jaiswal ordered Rs 11 lakh fine to deposit to government besides the demolition of the godown.The former Sarpanch Kailash Chandra Agnihotri has applied for the diversion for the gas godown on land survey no. 529-2 which is 0.364 hectare.According to diversion rules before the SDM gives the diversion orders of the agriculture land the applicant has to seek the permission of more than10 government departments.
In the order issued by the SDM the owner of the godown himself has to demolish the godown and if he fails to demolish the godown the administration will demolish the godown and the owner of the godown has to bear the expenses of the demolition charges.Two days back the SDM has raided the KBHP gas agency in Mhowgaon and found an illegal gas cylinder godown which was running under the booking office of KBHP gas agency.The owner of the KBHP gas agency Kishore Biyani couldn't produce the papers of the 100 cylinders which were found in the illegal godown.Also the sale and purchase details of more than 400 cylinders which were found in the other Godown of Kishore Biyani which in Telikheda region were not mentioned in records and register.
