Temperatures recorded a rise nearly at all the stations in the State. Bhopal recorded a maximum of 36 degree Celsius which is 2.3 degrees higher than the maximum temperature recorded a day before. The minimum temperature here was 21.8 degree Celsius.

Among other major stations, Gwalior recorded maximum of 34.3 degree Celsius and minimum of 17 degrees Celsius, Hoshangabad recorded 35 degrees maximum and 21.3 degrees minimum temperature, Indore recorded maximum of 35.1 degrees Celsius and minimum of 16 degrees Celsius, Jabalpur recorded maximum of 34 degrees Celsius and minimum 19.6 degrees Celsius, Sagar had maximum of 34.6 degrees and minimum of 21.6 degrees Celsius and Satna had maximum of 35.4 degrees Celsius and minimum of 21.6 degree Celsius. According to the meteorological department, the weather is likely to remain sunny and dry for the next few days as no air circulation system is present at the moment in larger parts of the State.

light showers are possible in Rewa, Sagar and Shahdol because the cyclonic circulation system that had brought rains earlier has moved north-eastwards. However, even this would not last long because the system is weakening steadily.
