The general managers of the Gwalior district commerce and Industry centres have been asked to expedite distribution of loan subsidy under the Mukhya Mantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojna.
The applications received under the Public Services Guarantee Act, CM helpline and public hearing should be resolved speedily, Collector P Narhari told a meeting here on Monday. No delay would be tolerated in these cases. The officials or employees found guilty for the delay would be taken to task.
He said that this scheme is one of the top priority schemes of the State Government. The Collector also ordered to prepare department wise work plan for Green Festival. Similarly, the drive of School Chale Hum should be arranged properly. He ordered to expedite the drive of organising higher education loan fair and work enthusiastically for the scheme 'save girl child'.
At the meeting, CEO Soofia Farooki, additional collector BV Shrivastava and Tarun Bhatanagar were also present. The Collector also directed the officials that the farmers should be informed of the last date of procurement of wheat on support prize.
The State Election Commission has decided to conduct the urban bodies and panchayat elections by EVM. This is for the first time that urban body polls would be conducted through EVMs. The Collector also ordered to complete the verification of remaining families of SC and ST on the portal. He ordered to complete the work of verification by making flow charts.
