Mayor Krishna Gaur visited ward number 55 of State capital on Thursday. Under ward 55 she visited Ekta Nagar, Shakti Nagar and Saket Nagar C sector, 3 C-sector, 3 B-sector, 4 C-sector and nearby areas.
During her visit, she instructed the officials concerned to ensure that sufficient drinking water is supplied and ongoing development works should be completed within time limit in the locality.
During the inspection of Viswakarma Nagar, the Mayor ordered officials concerned to install motor pump over new tube-well, to install dustbin, to install water tank near post office and to complete the construction of drains. Mayor Gaur said that to provide drinking water to the citizens’ installation work of pipelines and water connection providing work is being carried out rapidly.
During the visit of Shakti Nagar, Mayor Gaur ordered officers to level the ground by filling the pipeline holes for the convenience of citizens. She ordered officers to develop parking spot over the empty space in front of the Shakti Nagar market and to maintain cleanliness in the area.
Gaur while inspecting Saket Nagar ordered officers to beautify park near the Shiva Temple in C-sector, to install benches for seating and to install tube lights and bulbs for lighting.
While inspecting Saket Nagar 3C-sector, Mayor Gaur ordered officials concerned to provide water daily on fixed time with sufficient pressure and to improve lighting facility in Maharani laxmibai park.
During the visit, Mayor Gaur was accompanied by Mayor-in-council (MIC) Member Narayan Singh Pal, MlA Representative Kevel Mishra, Zonal Officer Kailash Maina, Cleanliness In-charge Rakesh Sharma, former Corporator Barelal Ahirwar, Somdutt Dwivedi, RA Gupta, Guddu Saxena, local citizens and BMC officers.
