Along with second Shahi Snan during Simhastha in Kshipra river at Ujjain there was a massive turnout of devotees for Darshan of lord Mahakal on Monday. Every devotee seemed to be overly enthusiastic for this. Due to efficient and effective arrangements by the government and district management, a devotee was having Darshan of lord Mahakal within 30-35 minutes.
Darshan was eased due to massive police and security arrangements on Mahakal Mandir premises.
Convergence of faith, religion and spiritualism was vividly visible everywhere. Girdharilal Sharma from Mumbai said that he got blessed by having Darshan of lord Mahakal after taking the holy dip. Kavita from district Jhunjhunu and Mani Sen and Ram Avatar from Pilani district of Rajasthan said that they had come to Ujjain only 5 days ago.
They had desired to have Darshan of lord Mahakal. Their lives have become sanctified after having Darshan today. Ravindra Singh, Dilip Kumar and Dhananjay Pandey from Rohtas district in Bihar have come along with 20 other members of their families. They informed that even during heavy rush at the Mandir following Shahi Snan, they had Darshan of lord Mahakal very easily. Om Prakash Gupta and Rakesh Gupta from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh informed that they had come to Ujjain with families two days ago.
They got blessed by having Darshan of Mahakal today.
