A 37-year old married woman was sexually exploited for the past six months on the promise of marriage at Bilkharia ; a complaint was lodged by victim on Saturday.
According to the police, the victim was sexually assaulted by the accused Ravi alias Dillo by threatening her last year and later in the month of June took her to Delhi forcefully. The two returned and later accused refused to marry.
Based on the complaint police have registered a case under section 376(2) of the IPC and started investigation.
The victim came into contact with the accused when she used to live with her husband in Bilkharia. The accused used to visit her house where she became acquainted with him and later accused raped her.
In the complaint victim claimed that the accused developed relationship with the victim and later offered her to marry and forcefully took her to Delhi where she was sexually exploited for three months and later they returned Bhopal and when victim got pregnant accused left her.
The victim lodged a complaint with the police. After the preliminary investigation police have registered case against the accused and started search for the accused.
Meanwhile Bilkharia police have booked a miscreant who molested a 25-year-old girl when she was alone at her house on Saturday.
Police have started search for Hargovind who molested the victim when she was alone at her house.
Case has been registered against the accused who went absconding after the victim lodged complaint with the police.
