As the students explore their distinctive talents in various competitions, now they would increase their knowledge and test their IQ in a national level quiz contest ‘Chimera-2014’.
Notably, the national level quiz contest Chimera 2014 would be hosted by Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) at S Radhakrishnan Auditorium of Student’s Activity Centre (SAC). The competition would be held here on February 9 at the SAC, MANIT premises.Further, the concerned National level Quiz Competition is conducted by Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) Students’ Chapter MANIT. Students from different colleges in Bhopal as well as other cities participate in a team of two.
The quiz contest consists of three rounds followed with a Treasure Hunt. Notably, for past 10 years the quiz competition is being organized by ISTE and last year Chimera received an overwhelming response. As many as 900 students from various colleges participated and were tested their skills. On February 9, the 11th edition of Chimera will be held, starting at 9 in the morning. The participants would be tested on different fields in various rounds and their skills would be examined at the same time.
The registrations for the quiz would be done on the spot. On-spot Registrations are available, the fee being Rs 100 (for a team of two). National level Certificates will be given to all participants and Prizes worth Rs 10,000 are to be won. Harsh Gagrani, Director of legal Edge Tutorials, NlIU alumni will be the Quiz Master at the contest.
