People of the state have planted maximum number of 5 lakh 10 thousand mango saplings, showing maximum interest in mango in the Ankur massive sapling plantation campaign. Similarly 2 lakh 10 thousand neem saplings, Ashok one lakh 50 thousand, Karanj one lakh 10 thousand, Amla one lakh, Peepal 80 thousand, Sheesham 70 thousand, Gulmohar 70 thousand, Tamarind 50 thousand, Ber and Kachnar 40 thousand each, Teak-Champa-Banyan-Sahjan 30 thousand each, Achar-Mulberry-Akashneem-Gular-Madhukamini-Palash and Mahua 20 lakh each, Paras Peepal-Kusum-Kardhai-Jungle Jalebi-Pakar-Subbool-Cam-Mahaneem-Neela Gulmohar-Tendu and Shirish 10 saplings each have been planted. Thousands of people have planted saplings of Maulshree, Saj, Trilma, Bakain, Dhaman, Bija, Paplar, Sal, Toon, Dhawda, Selix, Haldu, Lodha and Shikakai. Apart from these, 7 lakh 50 thousand other plants are included.
So far 9 lakh 95 thousand 463 people have got registered in the Ankur campaign. Of these, 3 lakh 28 thousand 205 are females and 6 lakh 64 thousand 104 are male participants.
The participants have so far uploaded 26 lakh 3 thousand 148 first photo, 2 lakh 74 thousand 59 second photo and 40 thousand 225 third photo of plantation on Vayudoot app. Verification of 4 thousand 842 saplings is being done by the verifiers appointed by the government.
Out of the registered persons, maximum 61 thousand people registered in Shivpuri district, 48 thousand in Indore, 36 thousand in Bhopal, 35 thousand in Chhindwara, Ashoknagar and Gwalior 26 thousand each, Morena-Narmadapuram-Guna 25 thousand each, Khargone 24 thousand, Dhar -Jhabua 22 thousand each, Jabalpur 21 thousand, Seoni-Alirajpur-Khandwa-Raisen-Burhanpur 20 thousand each, Betul-Ujjain-Rewa-Barwani-Sehore 19 thousand each, Sheopur-Bhind-Anuppur 18 thousand each, Dewas 17 thousand, Balaghat 16 thousand, Chhatarpur-Sagar-Katni-Neemuch 15 thousand, Satna-Mandsaur-Narsinghpur-Rajgarh 14 thousand each, Agar Malwa-Ratlam-Umaria-Vidisha 13 thousand each, Tikamgarh 12 thousand, Harda and Damoh 11thousand each, Shahdol-Niwari-Mandla-Singrauli and Dindori 10 thousand each, Sidhi-Panna 9 thousand each and Shajapur district 7 thousand people have registered in the campaign.
