A man shot at youth after he refused to marry his daughter. The youth was in love with the daughter for quite some time, but declined to marry.The seriously injured youth Jitu Singh Bhadoriya has been admitted in the trauma centre in serious condition.
Police have been sent in search of the accused.Police said, Jitu is a resident of Vijay Nagar in Gadaipura area and he was going to his village on his bike bearing registration number MPO7-ME-1630.
When he reached near Shatabdipuram, two persons on a bike overtook him and started firing bullets. In the firing Jitu was injured seriously but fell down on the PVC Pipes Near power house.
On receipt of information, the police reached the spot and sent him to the hospital, where the victim told the police names of Udayveer Singh Gaur and Khulli Tomar as accused. He said that the cause of dispute was that his marriage was settled with Udayveer Singh Gaur’s daughter but all of a sudden it was broken.
On Wednesday morning when Udayveer came to know that Jitu was going to see a girl in a village, he shot at him.
CSP Maharajpura DBS Bhadoriya said that a bike borne youth was shot at in Shatabdipuram, the persons stated to be responsible for shooting to break the settlement of marriage ceremony. The police is inquiring the case and sent the police party in search of the accused.
