Einthkhedi police have nabbed a miscreant who kidnapped a 15-year-old girl and sexually assaulted her in the night on Tuesday at Hazampura village; victim returned on Wednesday after which a complaint was lodged with the police.
The victim was kidnapped at around 11.30 in the night and after she managed to escape from the clutches of the accused identified as Dalchand Parihar alias Tillu of Eintkhedi village.
The victim reported the incident to her parents after which a complaint was lodged with the police by the victim stating that she was asleep when the accused came and took her on his bike to a secluded place where she was raped and held captive.
She alleged that the accused after threatening her of life, pressurized the victim to accompany him and took her on his bike, the accused took her to nearby field and sexually assaulted her. Accused told her to keep mum and left the spot. On Wednesday morning she returned home and reported the incident.
After the preliminary investigation the police have registered case of kidnapping and sexual assault and as the victim is minor he was also booked under POCSO Act.
Victim is a student of class XI while the family is involved in agriculture work. The victim remained at the farm till morning as she was afraid to return in the night. Police have started to search for the details of the accused. His past crime record would be investigated.
