A 29-year-old man who was injured in an accident on July 3 near Eithkhedi died while undergoing treatment on Tuesday.
According to the police the deceased Sunil Meena was rushed to hospital after his car turned turtle with his family on his way to Powarkheda village.
Other family members escaped with injuries but Sunil died after 23 days of treatment. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
The deceased was a resident of Satlapur Mandideep and was on his way to home when he met accident.
Police said that in the further investigation if accident is found to be caused by errant driver action would be taken against the accused.
Meanwhile, a 14-year-old boy died who got injured after his scooter skid and rammed into road divider near Airport on July 3.
The police said that an injured boy was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died during treatment on Tuesday. The deceased was identified as Sajid.
During the investigation police found that the deceased was moving at a high speed and failed to control vehicle near turning.
The deceased was not wearing helmet and he took vehicle without informing parents. He sustained severe head injuries in his head which proved fatal for him.
Police were informed and after the preliminary investigation the body was sent for post mortem. The police registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC.
