The MP Nagar police have booked a miscreant for molesting a 30-year-old woman at District Court premises on Wednesday; police have started search for the miscreants.
Police said that the accused identified as Sudhir Dehariya was booked for sexually assaulting a minor girl.
In her complaint victim stated that she had gone to District court for hearing in a case where accused was present. Initially accused made obscene gestures and later came near her and molested her and when she opposed he escaped the spot. Based on the complaint police registered a case under section 354 of the IPC and started search for the accused.
Meanwhile, Ashoka Garden police have booked a miscreant for molesting and assaulting a 26-year-old woman and her husband at Ashok Vihar in the evening on Wednesday. Police said that the victim hails from Satna was celebrating birthday along with friends and husband and when they came out at around 12 in the night she was teased and molested by accused identified as Pappu Mandi.
The victim lodged complaint with the police stating that she is preparing for competitive exams and lives with friends while her husband lives in Satna. On Wednesday her husband came to celebrate birthday after celebration when she came out with husband accused teased her and later scuffled with her husband and victim when she opposed.
Police have registered a case under section 354 and 323 of the IPC and started search for the miscreants. Pappu Mandi is a notorious criminal of Ashoka Garden area.
