Frustrated over fights with wife, a 30-year old man committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree in Mother India locality under Shahjehanabad police station area on Sunday.
According to the police, the victim, Anil Singh, had a fight with his wife around three days ago and on Sunday he was found hanging from the tree at Mother India locality.
Dejected over wife’s behaviour, the victim committed suicide by hanging from tree at Mother India locality. The locals after spotting the body informed the police and on the receipt of the information a police team reached the spot.
After preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
The victim was a resident of Koh-e-Fiza area and was missing for the past couple of days. Shahjehanabad police were not able to confirm the details behind the death and told that the post-mortem report is awaited and after receiving the report, more details could be revealed.
Meanwhile, body of man in the age group 25-30 years was found at Upper lake under Talaiya police station area on Monday. According to the police on Monday afternoon a body was found at the Upper lake which was fished out by the divers.
Police said that it is not possible to confirm that the body found is of the youth who jumped into the Upper lake on Saturday evening and at the same time the identity of the deceased found on Monday is yet to be established. Police have registered a case under Section 174 of CrPC and have started further investigation.
