A 25-year-old man committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at his house in Dhammara under Gunga police station area on Wednesday; man committed suicide after his wife asked to restrain from liquor.
Police said that the deceased Ram Narayan Kushwaha committed suicide at his house in the evening. He was rushed to nearby hospital where he was declared dead. In the initial investigation the family members told police that deceased had dispute with his wife and used to fight frequently with him.
On Wednesday the deceased was found hanging with the ceiling. The deceased came heavily drunk and had a fight with wife who wanted him to stop drinking liquor for good.Body was sent for the post mortem after the preliminary investigation.
The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and started further investigation. Police suspects that family dispute was the reason behind the suicide. Suicide note was not found and to ascertain the reason behind the suicide is not possible and reason would be investigated.
Meanwhile, a 26-year married woman committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at Radhakirshnapuram under Chola Mandir police station area in the night on Wednesday.
