A 35 year-old man died in a road accident after his motorbike was hit by a speeding vehicle at culvert in Berasia on Wednesday.
Police said that the injured were taken to hospital where the bike rider was declared dead while the vehicle remained unidentified which escaped the spot after hitting the vehicle.
The deceased was identified as Gyan Jathav who was returning from work and got injured when his bike was hit by a speeding vehicle.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem. The police have registered a case and started further investigation.
The deceased fell few meters apart from the bike after bike was hit which suggests that the vehicle was moving with very high speed.
The locals informed the police and on the receipt of the information police team rushed to the spot and started investigation.
The police are yet to investigate rash driver which resulted in the accident.
Meanwhile a 20-year-old girl consuming poisonous substance after her mother scolded over use of mobile phone at South TT Nagar on Wednesday; girl's father is senior official with SAF.
According to the police deceased Kanishta Singh was found in an unconscious state and was rushed to a nearby hospital.
Police have not found any suicide note or any reason behind the suicide and have claimed that the reason behind the suicide would be investigated.
In the initial investigation police found that the deceased was using mobile phone and her mother scolded her after which she consumed poison. Body was sent for the post mortem after the preliminary investigation. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
