Shivam Sharma, who is accused of sexually exploiting a city-based aspiring model , was booked afresh for sending obscene SMS and videos and posting them on social networking sites like Facebook on Friday. Piplani police have booked Sharma for sending obscene SMS and videos and posting the same on Facebook of his girlfriend. Sharma was recently released on bail after his girl friend alleged him of sexual assault. Attracting fresh controversy Shivam Sharma accused of sexual assault, abetment to suicide was booked by Piplani police on Friday.
Victim's father has lodged a complaint against Sharma of sending obscene SMS and positing videos on social networking sites of his daughter. Based on the complaint police registered a case under Sections 507 and 294 of the IPC and Section 66 of IT Act 2000.In the complaint victim's father alleged Sharma had sent and posted obscene photographs and videos on December 22, 2014 of his daughter. Search for Sharma has been started and he would be nabbed soon told the police.
Sharma was in relationship with the victim. The victim raised allegations of sexual assault after which the accused was arrested and sent for judicial custody. The victim attempted suicide by consuming poisonous substance in November but was saved by early medical assistance. In the complaint victim raised allegations that Sharma's father demanded dowry of Rs10 lakh which broke the marriage to which both the families agreed earlier and on the pretext of marrying her the accused maintained relationship with the victim and later refused after which she took the extreme step.
