The Ayodhya Nagar police have booked a man for sexually exploiting a 38-year-old divorcee for the past three year ; victim lodged complaint against accused.
Police said that the accused identified as Rajkumar Sen was booked after the victim lodged complaint against the accused of sexual exploitation for the past three years on the pretext of marriage.
The victim in her complaint stated that she met the accused in the year 2015 with the accused and developed relationship later. The accused came to her house last year in November and sexually assaulted her.
Victim’s husband died five years ago and around three years ago she met accused who used to live in the neighbor. He used to help in works of victim and developed relationship. Victim was sexually assaulted and assured her to marry and later started to live with her.
The accused continued to sexually exploit her and later when she asked for marriage the accused escaped with excuses and recently abused her when he asked for marriage after which the victim lodged a complaint with the police.
Based on the complaint police registered a case. The police registered a case under section 376 and 506 of the IPC against the accused.The details of the accused and crime records have to be investigated in the further investigation.
