The TT Nagar police have booked a man for sexually assaulting his 21-year-old daughter-in-law at Pansheel Nagar on Monday.
Police said that accused Susheel Kumar sexually assaulted her daughter-in-law in the morning on Monday and later a complaint was lodged with the police.
In her complaint the victim stated that she was sexually assaulted at around 8.30 in the morning when she was alone and later she reported the incident to husband and family members. After the complaint was lodged a case was registered by police on Tuesday.
The police have registered a case under section 376 and 506 of the IPC and started further investigation.
Meanwhile Bajaria police have nabbed a miscreant who sexually assaulted a minor on the pretext of marrying her; minor was also detained after she left her new born baby few days ago in Bajaria who died during treatment at the hospital.
Police said that the victim who used to sell goods in trains came into contact with the accused Sonu Uike who lured her of marriage and later sexually exploited her. The victim got pregnant and after delivering the new born baby she left the baby in Bajaria area who later died at the hospital.
The police registered a case of sexual assault against the accused Sonu Uike and later in the investigation he was nabbed. The victim was sexually assaulted in the month of February this year and after six month she found that she was six month pregnant.
