lottery for allotment of plots in Aerocity Phase- I was organised by Bhopal Development Authority (BDA) at Samanway Bhawan here on Wednesday.
Under the project, 700 beneficiaries would be provided with plots. The plot area would be 2324 sqft and 1452 sqft. The project has been developed on both sides of 45 m wide road under master plan and the project is near to International airport which makes the project premium in terms of its location.
In the lottery organized on Wednesday, Amit Soni was the first beneficiary who was allotted plot number 150.
After the completion of the lottery name of all the beneficiaries along with the allotted plot number would be uploaded on BDA website www.bda.org .in. The beneficiaries could check the list with any hassle and would not require visiting BDA office or place where the lottery was organized.
The lottery was organized at around 10 am at Samanway Bhawan. For providing facility for beneficiaries under all the projects of BDA facility of making online payment has been provided by BDA.
The beneficiaries who would be allotted with plots would be able to visit their allotted plots on April 4, 2017 and on May 7, 2017 from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm.
At the time of the lottery BDA chairman Om Yadav, CEO Neeraj Vashishth, Superintending Engineer Ravi Mittal and engineer of the Aerocity phase I Yatish Jain, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) RS Baghel and other officials and employees of BDA were present at the time of the
lottery.
