State Legislative Assembly Protem Speaker, Rameshwar Sharma, Madhya Pradesh State Cooperative Housing Association, President of the Union Arvind Bhadoria and the Principal Secretary of the Legislative Assembly A.P Singh, after a joint meeting with officials regarding Housing Rachna Nagar Tower issued instructions in relation to lottery and building maintenance and occupation to be held at 12 pm on August 21, 2020 at Rachna Nagar.
This process will be handled by the members through the online website. In the lottery all HIG, Sr. MIG and Junior MIG in lottery will be included. The accommodation received in lottery will be given to the members by August 31, 2020.
After the allotment of the house in lottery the recipients have to complete registry by May 15, 2021.
Maintenance and security related to the building will be done by the housing association for 2 months after the occupation. Other vacant houses will be allotted through the housing association on the recommendation of the housing committee as per rules.
Chairman of the Housing Committee, Yashpal Sisodia and members Kuwar Vikram Singh, Divyaraj Singh, Thakurdas Nagvanshi were present in the meeting. After the meeting the site was inspected by the Housing Committee.
