Challenging legality of Minister Narottam Mishra’s appointment as member of committee which would appoint two Information Commissioners, leader of Opposition in the State Assembly Ajay Singh has written a letter to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
In the letter, Ajay Singh has raised concern over Mishra’s appointment as he has been declared ineligible by Election Commission of India and his case is under consideration in Delhi High Court. He demanded another person in place of Mishra and failing to which he would not attend meeting for selection of two Information Commissioners.
