A city-based lawyer has lodged a complaint with Kamla Nagar police against godwoman Radhe Maa for hurting the sentiments of the people by using ‘Devi Maa’ in her name and spreading obscenity in the society.
The complainant advocate RK Pandey has lodged a complaint with the police stating that he has claimed that the godwoman has disgraced the word ‘Maa’ and she is spreading obscenity in the society and people.
Thus, an FIR should be registered against her, he added. He claimed that if the police are not going to register any case against Radhe Maa he would file a petition in district court against Radhe Maa.
The complainant RK Pandey is a lawyer and he along with 19 other lawyers filed a complaint with the Kamla Nagar police on Saturday.
The complainant has earlier filed petition against Sania Mirza, Sachin Tendulkar, lalu Prasad Yadav, Arjun Singh, Amitabh Bacchan and lal Krishna Advani.
Notably a case of demanding dowry was registered against the self claimed goddess in Mumbai.
On Wednesday Radhe Maa’s photos in red coloured skirt went viral and later photos in jeans and top went viral but still it is not confirmed that the photos are of her only. These photos have become a hot topic over Twitter and Facebook and the photos have attracted numerous shares.
She hails from Gurdaspur and married to a businessman Sardar Mohan Singh.
