The hit tracks of the legendry singer Kishore Kumar were played here on Tuesday which was much enjoyed by the Kishore Kumar fans of the city.
Organised by Kishore Kumar Fans Club, the programme ‘Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna..’ was held at Gaurav Hotel to observe his death anniversary. Also on the occasion renowned music directors duo ‘Meet Brothers’ were conferred with Kishore Kumar Award. The Bhopalites witnessed every colour of Kishore Kumar’s charm at the musical concert.
Meet brothers presented some of the melodies of the legendary singer which were much regaled by the audiences.
The hit tracks like ‘Chaltey Chaltey Mere yeh Geet Yaad Rakhna.. Kabhi alvida na Kehna..’ , ‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas..’ were presented by the singers of the group Kumar Rajesh and Amit Badhwa.
On the occasion, many people took the pleasure to go back into the old times. The concert kickstarted with the song ‘Bachna ae haseeno. The programme was then followed with the songs like Jalta hai jiya, O sathi re, Pag ghunghroo, Bhigi palko pe, Janeman Janeman, Phoolo ka and more.
The programme was further followed by remembering the memories of Kishore Kumar. On the occasion one of the singers of the group Pankaj Kumar presented ‘Koi Humdum Na Raha’ which was much appreciated by the audience.
