'Kick'start for Salman's new movie

Salman Khan’s new movie Kick hit the theatre screens here on Friday and this was the day when fans of Salman Khan watched his most awaited movie. The movie Kick got a good kick-start in Bhopal as the adherent fans of Salman were excited to watch his new action-packed thriller.

The film is directed and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and it features Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The screenplay of the film was written by Nadiadwala and Chetan Bhagat. Notably, the film is a remake of the Telugu film of the same name.

Further, as this is the directorial debut of Sajid Nadiadwala, the fans had more expectations from this adventurous duo ie Salaman and Sajid. But, the movie is only for those who love Salman immensely and are crazy about him. Kick is a movie which is almost unbearable for the regular movie goers.

Talking about the performances, Salman has maintained his charm on screen and moreover pairing with Jacqueline is a Jodi to watch on screen this year. Randeep Hooda on the other hand did an awesome job in the movie, as a supercop chasing the Devil Randeep Hooda did full justice to his character. Not to forget, Nawazuddin who again proved that talent can get you everything.

There few loopholes in the movie that saddened the fans of Sajid and Salman. Most of the sequences are animated in the movie which again spoils all the fun of the film. The old concept is once again treated with the old dramatical irony elements where the protagonist of the movie Devi lal (Salman) is Devil and his love Jacqueline is unaware of it. The story of the film is dull as somewhere it gears up with the superb action packed stunts and on the other hand the story about Devi lal becomes more boring.

Notably, Salman Khan releases most of his movies on Eid every year which always do a good business at the box office, but what Kick will bring for him this Eid is a thing to wait for.
