It’s been more than a year since Kalaa Kebab aur Kisse started their journey of being a platform for artists. It has hosted more than 1000 artists across India irrespective of their age. It was during these interactions that Kalaa Kebab aur Kisse felt a need for a platform where every artist could hone their craft. Hence Artisan Gurucool came into being.
Artisan Gurucool resonates with the Sanskrit word Gurukul (a space to learn) - is a cool space for artists where they can learn a new art or practise the art they are already interested in, at an advanced level.
It has already hosted two batches of BHOR - a poetry workshop by Nishant Upadhyay. Uditi being an upcoming workshop.
Kalaa Kebab aur Kisse is a customised platform for artists which empathise with the artist and empower the art that the artist creates. This whole platform started during the lockdown and today has become an inclusive platform for every artist irrespective of their gender, sexuality or age.
