Jehangirabad police have nabbed a Jail Guard for sexually assaulting his minor daughter for the past 6 years; accused father denied the allegations raised by his daughter.
Police said that the accused was arrested after his daughter lodged complaint of sexual exploitation and assault in inebriated state for past 6 years.
In the initial investigation accused denied all allegations raised against him and revealed that victim has raised false allegations as he had lodged a complaint with MP Nagar police after she eloped and stayed for around a year with her boyfriend.
SHO of MP Nagar MK Rai said that around a year ago the victim girl eloped with a youth and stayed with the youth in Nepal for a year. Based on her father’s complaint a case under sections 363, 366 and 376 of the IPC, POCSO Act and SC/ST Act was registered.
Possibly in retaliation victim girl has accused her father of sexual exploitation.
Meanwhile based on the complaint Jehangirabad police registered a case under section 376 of the IPC and section 3 and 4 of the POCSO Act.
The victim who is 17-year-old girl is a student of class XI and lives in Rustam Parisar police quarter along with her family and has accused her father of sexually exploiting her for the past 6 years.
