At JA hospital Central Windows contractor’s workers all of sudden stopped working alleging that their salary for last three months has not been paid. The sudden strike created problems for the people standing queues. Main thing of whole episode is that neither the workers nor contractor has given any pre intimation to the concern officials that their salary was not paid for last three months.
JA Hospital administration department was not informed by the contractor about this issue, whereas contractor has to give notice to the JA hospital management. Now JA hospital management is in the opinion to serve the notice to the contractor.
Dr. Vineet Chaturvedi (Central Window Nodal Officer) has said that without any prior information it is totally wrong from the contractor to stop the work.
When the work was stopped then the Central Window in-charge has tried to depute some JA hospital workers so that the work should not suffer but the Contractor workers have strongly objected and forced the JA hospital workers to stop the work. Due to this issue the registration slip of patients were not made and peoples have suffered.
Dr. Chaturvedi has clearly said to the contractor’s supervisor that he is not supposed to stop the JA hospital workers to perform their duties. later on, Dr. Chaturvedi has informed the police. After this JA hospital workers have made the registration slip of patients.
During this burning issue of registration slip and confrontation between Dr. Chaturvedi and Contractor workers JA Hospital Director Dr. JS Sikarwar went to the spot and assured the workers that they will receive their salary soon.
On the other hand Contractor has blamed former Central Window In-charge Rajesh Tiwari that he has not sign the bills and it is pending and Contractor has said that he has used his own pocket money of 2lakh rupees to supervisor to clear the payments of workers. Also advance was given to the workers at Holi festival but why without any prior information they have stopped the work is under the question mark.According to sources it is informed that there is attendance issue of the workers and due to that salary was not paid, is stated by Sanjeev Sharma organiser of Sharma Service Security Agency.
