I wanted to meet Shahrukh Khan once, he is my favourite actor and then came a time when I was offered an endorsement with him,” says the child artist Raffan Khan.
Having worked in daily soaps like Mata Ki Chowki, Sasural Genda Phool, Agle Janam Mohe Betiya Hi Kijo and Fear File, Raffan is a television child artist from Bhopal. Recently, living in Mumbai, Raffan at a very young age has established his career as an artist and a model.
He was in Bhopal and talked with The Pioneer about his small success journey. He says, “It was my dream to work with Shahrukh Khan. So when I was very small, I asked my mother when people will see on television. Then there came a time when I was offered an endorsement with Shahrukh Khan. It was the best moment for me,” says Raffan.
As he says, Raffan always wanted to come on television and when offered an endorsement with his favourite actor he could not say no. elaborating more about it, he says, “No doubt Shahrukh is my favourite actor but I also like Salman Khan, now I have a dream to work with him.”
While talking about his television career, he says, “At first I was very afraid of facing camera, but now I feel relaxed.”
Sharing his one of the memorable experiences, he says, “When I was casted for Mata Ki Chowki I had to learn many Sanskrit shloks which was very difficult for me. But the best part is that my director never scolded me instead he helped me through it.”
Raffan began his modelling career when he was 8 years old. He aspires to become one of the noted actors of the industry.
