Isha foundation is bringing its flagship programme ‘Inner Engineering’ to Bhopal. Trained teachers from Coimbatore are going to conduct a seven-day programme starting from January 11. Inner Engineering offers tools to engineer one's self through the inner science of yoga, and optimize all aspects of health, inner growth and success.
This programme will be in three batches- 6:30 to 9:30 am, 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and 6 to 9 pm. There is a free introductory talk in the 1st one hour in which all are welcome. The venue is Isha Hall, second Floor, Signature Group Building, Kolar Road Chauraha, Chuna Bhatti, Bhopal.
