Shahjehanabad police busted an inter-state sex racket and nabbed four persons including a woman involved in selling a girl in Jhalawad Rajasthan in the month of October last year; gang would target victim girls from poor families.
A complainant was lodged by elder sister of victim that her younger sister had gone for work in marriage function on October 1 last year and never returned.
Based on details complaint was lodged and investigation was started during which information was received that victim has been held captive at Pithapura district Jhalawar, Rajasthan.
Taking swift action, police team was dispatched arrested Mor Singh and Kishan Singh house were raided, after interrogating the victim, the statement was attached, the victim told that Majbut Singh Yadav of Mahoti district Vidisha took a woman (Amma) by taking her on the pretext of work at Bisnekheda district was taken to Guna's house and left the next day Majbut and Amma together told the victim to village Pithapura district Jhalawar (Raj.) to send Mor Singh and Kishan Singh where he was sold for Rs 80000.
The accused took turns to rape her and kept her captive.
Police arrested Mor Singh Tawar, Kishan Singh Tawar, Amma alias Kailashi Bai, Majbut Singh Yadav were arrested. Police registered case under section 365, 344, 370, 370(a) and 376(2)(N) of the IPC.
