The Induction training program for nurses is specifically imparted to welcome the new nursing staff who are commencing the new employment in the hospital. It introduces the values & objectives of the organization so that the staff feels like they are part of team.
The ultimate outcome of induction training program are to improve the professional practice of nursing and there by the care provided to the patients. The main goal of this two days program is to provide standardized information on policies, protocols and documentation to be followed in the hospital.
It will help to develop their communication with patients, improve critical thinking, decision making skills to enable them to improve the quality of health care to public.
The inauguration of induction training for newly joined nursing officers was conducted at seminar room college of nursing AIIMS Bhopal at 9.30am on Monday. The duration of total program is two days. The session was inaugurated at 9.30am by Executive Director AIIMS Bhopal. The session started with welcome address by Vandana Kushwaha,Asst Nursing Superintendent AIIMS Bhopal. The session strated with the lamp lightening by the guests. The Executive director delivered the inaugural speech.
