To curb the illegal production, storage, transportation and sale of illegal liquor Indore collector Manish Singh has initiated a special campaign to seize illegal liquor.
Assistant Commissioner Excise Raj Narayan Soni Indore is leading such trap action in entire district for this ADEO Girish Sikarwar formed a team under sub excise inspector Santosh Dubey who arrested Jaswinder Singh Saluja alias Sailu sardar from Mansarovar colony Devguradia Indore and confiscated around 68.04 bulk liter a total of 378 quarter units of country made liquor and a case under excise act 34 (1) k and 34 (2) is registered against the accused which is non bailable. The court has sent the accused to jail on judicial remand.
The total cost of the seized illegal liquor is rs 32160.
