After every hour collector Illaya Raja come out of his office ans meets people sitting in the waiting room and corridor of his office and listens to the complain of the people and immediately calls to the concerned officer in front of the complainant and also ask the reason from the concerned person that why the complainant is being harrased and why his work is pending from the concerned officer side.
Collector Illaya Raja also issue show cause notice to the concerned officer on the spot. Recently while talking to the people outside his office he received the complain that the sub units of leprosy department has not received the medicine since one and a half year for which he issued notice to the medical officer and 5 members of the medical team concerned to look after the leprosy department.
