The artists of Star Plus’ reality show India’s Raw Star, Rituraj Mohanty and Mansheel Gujral, will be performing in the city of lakes.
The show that has been on air on Star Plus for almost 12 weeks will have a special telecast where in the concert of a city will become part of the episode. Mansheel who is supporting Semi Finalist Rituraj from the show will be performing at the Oriental College, Bhopal Campus here on Friday from 2:30 pm onwards.
The concert featuring the two artists sing and perform on a number of songs will be free of cost for the audience. This is not all, since the artists are in the city, they will also be spending quality time meeting and greeting fans and also exploring the city. During their visit the artists will visit the lake, Bheem Betika and Van Vihar.
Notably, Mansheel hails from Pune, this talented diva started singing right from the age of 7. She is trained in Indian Classical, and also has training in western classical. After coming to Mumbai 5 years back, Mansheel has lent her voice for various commercials and films. On the other hand, Rituranjan Mohanty who is in the semi finale and is known as the mast malang boy for his soul touching performances.
The outstanding performer started off with Roop Kumar Rathod when he came to Mumbai. He sang suroor from the album Mithi Sarghoshiya which flagged off his career. Rituranjan who likes to be called Rituraj has also lent his voice for Satyamev Jayate, Aam Ke Aam Honge. Rituraj has also had the chance to lend his voice for Amitabh Bachchan in Bhootnath – 2.
Rituraj says, “The feeling of reaching up to this point in the show is indescribable. I am grateful to my fans and my visit to Bhopal is a testimony of the love that the fans have showered on me. I have never been to Bhopal and I am really excited that I will be performing in front of the Bhopal crowd.”
