Mom's Mom School organises Festum
Bhopal :The Mom's Mom School, Arera Colony on Sunday organised ‘Festum’- the carnival for children, where children enjoyed to the fullest.There were many recreational activities like tattoo making, pinwheel, ramp-walk, photo-booth, DJ, paper dance, adventure activity, spray paint, balloon darts, and candy making. Children's dress code was kept yellow and black for this Carnival. Parents also participated in lots of activities with their kids and had a great time. Preeti Verma, Principal told that the objective of this Carnival was to give children freedom from stressful life and boost their all-round development. Every child was awarded a special prize because every child is special and equal.
prayer meet on anniv of Bhopal Gas Tragedy
Bhopal: A prayer meeting is being organised on the 34th anniversary of Bhopal Gas Tragedy at Barkatullah Bhavan, Central Library at 10.30 am on Monday in presence of the Chief Secretary BP Singh. Tribute will be paid to the deceased gas victims at the prayer meeting and religious heads of various religions will offer religious prayers on the occasion.
Guv Patel pays tribute to Bhopal Tragedy victims
Bhopal: Governor Anandiben Patel has paid tribute to the deceased on the anniversary of Bhopal Gas Tragedy and prayed for a speedy recovery of victims suffering from physical and mental ailments.Patel has said that the Bhopal Gas Tragedy has attracted attention of all the countries towards environment and industrial security. She further mentioned that the government should publicise information about the relief and protection besides its related diseases among the local people before establishing such industries, taking lesson from the world’ s biggest gas tragedy happened as a result of chemical gas leak on midnight of 2 and 3 December 1984 at the Union Carbide Company.
Besides, the Governor stated that concrete arrangement should be made to stop recurrence of such accident in future.
