Economist Shamika Ravi calls on CM
Bhopal: Prof. Shamika Ravi, renowned economist and Director (Research) of Brookings Institution Washington's India Centre, New Delhi, called on Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan at Mantralaya on Friday. Prof. Shamika Ravi is in Bhopal for a lecture at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis, Bhopal. The Vice Chairman of the Institute, Prof. Sachin Chaturvedi was present on the occasion of the meeting. Prof. Shamika Ravi has also been a member of the Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Council. Welcoming Prof. Shamika Ravi to the capital, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan told her about the steps taken in the field of good governance in Madhya Pradesh. Chouhan said that work has been done continuously to provide various services to the general public and to ease the procedures in the administrative system.
Chouhan pays tribute to sushma Swaraj
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has paid homage to former Union Minister and MP from Madhya Pradesh Late Sushma Swaraj on her second death anniversary. Chouhan offered a garland on the portrait of Late Sushma Swaraj in the Chief Minister's residence hall. Cooperative Minister Arvind Bhadauria was also present on the occasion.
