Moreover, the interesting fact of the workshop was that it was organized only for the female participants and as many as 3o students participated in the workshop. Many of them experienced the belly dancing for the first time and enjoyed it to the fullest.

Notably, Beat-I-fic is the performing arts club of IPM, dedicated towards the promotion of culture of music and dance among the students. Beat-I-fic aims at inculcating love and harmony among them through various workshops and fests organised at different levels of intra-IPM, inter-IPM and inter-college levels.

Moreover, the workshop was organized by the club in order to introduce a dance form, and offer students a platform to learn a new form of expression. As belly dance requires a lot of confidence as it specially works on external senses, this makes the belly dancing even more special. Moreover the notion behind organizing this workshop at IIM was to provide an exposure to the youngsters to excel and brush up their talent in dancing.
